Potatoes, mozzarella, mushrooms and eggs melt into delicious pizza
This is a pizza the world has never eaten before: a base made of potatoes, coated with tomato sauce and topped with mushrooms, ham, mozzarella and parmesan. The fried egg alone reveals at first glance that this is a very special dish.
For this you need:
- 1-2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 80 ml ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 mushroom
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 3 slices of ham
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
That is how it goes:
1.) Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Heat some oil in a pan and place the potato slices in them, overlapping each other. Sprinkle the potatoes with parmesan and let the whole simmer covered for 5 minutes.
2.) Brush the “baked” potatoes with ready-made tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
3.) Cut the mushroom into thin slices and place them on the tomato sauce.
4.) Tear the mozzarella into pieces and place them between the mushroom slices.
5.) Place the egg like a fried egg in the center of the mushroom-mozzarella circle and let the whole simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
6.) Garnish the unusual pizza with ham before serving and season with salt and pepper to taste.
