That is how it goes:

1. For the chocolate cake, first mix hot water and cocoa powder. Then whip the mixture with sugar, eggs and oil; Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder.

Fill a small bowl with dry peas. Wrap the bowl with aluminum foil and place it in the middle and with the opening facing down in a greased springform pan.

Tip: Also grease the shell, this will make it easier to remove it from the chocolate cake later.

2. Pour the dough into the springform pan and bake it for 60 minutes at 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
