Mix dry yeast with water and sugar. Then add flour, oil and salt. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

1. Pizza pole

  • Pizza dough
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • basil
  • 1 mini salami (e.g. BiFi; thinly sliced)
  • 80 g of grated cheese
