We’ve got a cute kitty-cat-o’lantern, a lollipop-o’-lantern, and even a monster-mash-o’-lantern that requires some serious cookie cutter action!

1. Kitty-Cat-O’-Lantern

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • decorative tape
  • glass
  • 4 small pumpkins
  • 8 buttons
  • foam rubber
  • 4 pairs of paper cat ears

Here’s How:

1.1 Cut the lid off the pumpkin, hollow it out, and use decorative tape to cover the outside.

1.2 Place a drinking glass with the opening facing down into the hollowed-out pumpkin.

1.3 Transform the 4 small pumpkins into little kitties using buttons, foam rubbers, and paper cat ears. Drape them on the glass and put the lid of the pumpkin back on at an angle – don’t they just look adorable?

2. Lollipop-O’-Lantern

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • pumpkin carving tool
  • lollipops
  • tealight

Here’s How:

2.1 Drill several holes into the upper third of the pumpkin.

2.2 Carve a face out of the pumpkin.

2.3 Stick lollipops into the holes and light a tealight inside the pumpkin – you’re all set!

3. House-O’-Lantern

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • toothpicks
  • tealight

Here’s How:

3.1 Carve a door out of the pumpkin and set it aside, then hollow out the pumpkin through the doorway.

3.2 Carve a window out of the pumpkin.

3.3 Draw a face on the small pumpkin and place it along with a tealight inside the house-o’-lantern. Now fix the door to the pumpkin with a toothpick – looks pretty cozy in there, right?

4. Mouse-O’-Lantern

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • rubber mice
  • tealight

Here’s How:

Cut the pumpkin open at the bottom and hollow it out. Then drill several holes of different sizes into the pumpkin. Put the pumpkin on a tealight and place the rubber mice in the holes. Now that’s a mouse-o’-lantern!

5. Monster-Mash-O’-Lantern

You’ll Need:

  • 1 large pumpkin
  • Halloween cookie cutters
  • tealight

Here’s How:

5.1 Cut the pumpkin open at the bottom and hollow it out.

5.2 Place a Halloween-themed cookie cutter on the outside of the pumpkin and use a hammer to carefully tap it into the pumpkin until you can remove the shape from the pumpkin.

5.3 Repeat the same process with other Halloween cookie cutters, place the pumpkin on a tealight, light it, and revel in the beauty of your monster-mash-o’-lantern.
